Hawk Development Corp was formed in 1989 by J.W. Hawk, owner & founder of J.W. Hawk Enterprises and distinguished Schererville custom home contractor. Faced with a shortage of available quality lots, Hawk turned his attention to the area of development.
The company, Hawk Development Corp., has been the innovator of several Northwest Indiana developments. The list includes such notables as Forest View Farms, Prairie View, Clarmonte Ridge, Fox Run, Eagle Ridge, and Foxwood Estates. Some of the most recent projects include Pine Hill Estates, Silver Hawk, Feather Rock, and the magnificent White Hawk Country Club where prominent homes are surrounded by the finest golf in NW Indiana.
HDC has produced over 3000 units.
HDC's reputation for integrity and quality workmanship is known throughout by local builders, suppliers, landowners, and city officials. The Building Industries Association of Northwest Indiana has trusted Hawk Development to provide six Parade of Homes locations in recent years, all of which resulting in tremendous success to the BIA and it's participating builders.

Tracie Kleven is responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable. Amongst her daily activities, she also assists with title searches, property
investigation
